白颖,中共党员,博士,讲师,硕士生导师,沈阳市拔尖人才。研究方向蛋白质资源加工与利用,食品组分互作。主持辽宁省自然科学基金博士启动项目1项,永利yl23411集团引进人才项目1项参与国家、省、市级项目6项。发表论文20余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者在Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry、Food research international等国内外期刊上发表论文10余篇。参与申请专利10余项,其中授权3项。
