矫馨瑶

矫馨瑶,女,汉族,1991年9月生,博士,讲师,原籍辽宁省庄河市,中共党员。2020年7月来校任教,主要研究方向为果蔬精深加工及功能活性成分研究。

为本科生讲授《食品营养学》《软饮料工艺学》《食品物性学》等课程。

主持永利yl23411集团公开招聘博士毕业生科研启动项目、辽宁省自然科学基金面上项目,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划等多项课题。以第一作者或通讯作者在Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry、International Journal of Food Science and Technology、Food Science and Human Wellness等学术杂志发表论文10余篇,其中 SCI论文7篇,EI论文1篇。参与申请专利4件。
