
李丽,女,博士,yl23411永利集团讲师,九三学社社员,现从事浆果深加工及基础研究的教学和科研工作。主要研究方向为浆果加工关键技术及功能活性成分研究。现为国家小浆果加工技术研发专业中心、小浆果工程技术研究中心成员。主持辽宁省教育厅项目1项、永利yl23411集团引进人才项目1项、横向项目1项;参加国家“十四五”规划国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金、辽宁省科技厅项目等10余项;作为主要完成人获辽宁省科学技术进步一等奖2项,农业农村部神农中华农业科技奖二等奖1项;参与制定辽宁省地方标准2项;授权发明专利2件;出版专著3部,教材3部;在Food Chemistry、Journal Of Agricultural And Food Chemistry、Food & Function等期刊发表SCI论文10余篇。
为本科生讲授《食品营养学》《果蔬加工学》《现代食品工业企业经营管理》等课程;为研究生讲授《食品资源开发与应用专题》课程。指导本科生完成省级大学生创新创业训练计划项目2项,辽宁省普通高等学校本科大学生食品创新大赛一等奖1项,三等奖2项。
